The Leadership Development Training Series:  
The Leadership Development Series has become our most popular offering.  Many organizations have
offered the series multiple times because of the positive feedback and personal transformation it generates
among their team.  The full series, recommended for optimal success, includes ten 3-hour sessions,
followed by a 30-minute personal coaching session for each participant.  However, the series can be
modified to the specific needs of the organization and each session can also act as a stand-alone
workshop.

Personal Coaching:
  • The Leadership Development Training Series is designed to include 30 minutes of personal coaching
    per participant conducted on-site at the workplace following session 10 of the training series.
