Cindy Aronson is a speaker and trainer specializing in
communication and organizational development. Her
workshops feature a blend of solid content, group
discussion, and hands-on application – preparing your team
to embrace a continuous improvement attitude and to apply
skills learned back on the job.
She is privileged to have been a partner in continuous
improvement with a variety of businesses and not-for-
profits including manufacturers, retail/service industries,
healthcare, government, and community organizations. She
is a continuing education instructor with Jamestown
Community College and Penn State Erie Behrend College.
Cindy holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Communication
from the State University of New York College at Fredonia,
is a member of the National Speaker's Association, and has
over 25 years experience in the field of organizational
development training.
Her career began at Bush Industries, Inc., a furniture
manufacturer in Western New York, where she spent 12
years as Manager of Organizational Development. During
her tenure, the company was named one of Forbes Best
Small Companies and experienced explosive growth in sales,
profits, and employment --growing from $40 million in sales
to over $500 million.
Inspired by the extraordinary accomplishments she took
part in as a member of the Bush team, she went on to pursue
her passion for helping other organizations and individuals
ignite and engage greater potential through her business,
Cindy Aronson Training. She has since had the privilege of
working with numerous organizations in a variety of fields --
inspiring, motivating, and training thousands of people to
envision and reach greater success in both their professional
and personal lives.
Her greatest accomplishment is that of being a wife and
mother of four -- and a grateful friend of many. She is the
founder of GirlfriendGatherings.com, an organization that
celebrates the enduring friendships of women, and is an avid
football fan and creator of MGFootball.com, one of New
York's first fan-developed high school football websites.
